AI Threat Humanity | A fast developing world,  fast developing technologies. Technologies are meant to make our life rather lifestyle easier. Day by day science has developed to such an extent that now people feel threatened by the machines that can replace human labor. The question that has to be asked is that will AI really lead to unemployment to such an end that people need to think for their survival. For answering this question lets first understand what is AI.

AI stands for artificial intelligence. That means the piece of metal with lots of wires and some programs in it are given a shape (according to master’s choice) and they are meant to mimic human brains. A human brain, really?? Yes!! They are programmed in such a way that they can do jobs in faster and precise way. Obviously, they are cannot replace the human brain completely as human have emotions involved in their decision making. Stephen Hawkins said in an interview, “A superintelligent AI will be extremely good at accomplishing its goal, and if these goals aren’t aligned with ours, we are in trouble”. Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX also commented on jobs threats from AI. "There certainly will be job disruption. Because what's going to happen is robots will be able to do everything better than us. ... I mean all of us," says Elon Musk, speaking to the National Governors Association. Not only these, there are many discussion going on AI. According to a report from global management firm McKinsey on the threats of automation on jobs and human life is that by the end of two decades there will be around 50 % of the current jobs that can be replaced by the fast pace of technologies. Its also been reported that in 60 percent of the occupation, the one third are likely to get automated. Data says around 400 million to 800 million people can be displaced by the advancement of technology in next 12 years, reported on November 2017. This might not only be the case with the USA, it can be a threat to the world. Elon also remarked the AI is not only a threat to job, it can be bigger.  People tried to stop the usage of the self-driving car but that was too for a short span of time. There are quite a few recent jobs that can be under threat, those are –

1.    Drivers – Ok, if you are a driver than AI can be a threat to you. Self-driving cars are a big upcoming market rage. It is on the way of preparation for commercial use and too in bulk.  It has passed through, many tests and now all way to take up driver’s job.

2.    Chief – Robot, who cannot taste can have a great sense of tastes and can make dishes. That’s true. Computer science has developed to such an extent that a robot can not only cook it also can create new dishes according to flavors from its pre-coded software and knowledge of chemistry. They can even take out the 3D food printing to evaluate the food that is to be made. They can replace the chiefs shortly in future.

3.    Lawyers – These are the jobs that give high income, prestige, and justice. With the help of computer science, it is now possible to arrange the relevant paper related to the case and can even argue. But apart from that, there are many things that have to be followed. Those are the area where computer science is yet to reach. Junior lawyers’ jobs are in a great threat that we can understand by this.

4.    Medicals – This area is the place where AI has replaced many things completely and are yet to replace anything more in the future. A few days back I somewhere heard about robots that can actually do operations. Isn’t it great? Or maybe not.

5.    Telecommunication and customer service assistant – smart chatbots like one of google and amazon Alexa are the examples to the proof of how smart robots are nowadays that it does not require any human to interact with the customers. It can understand, analyze and give a solution accordingly.

There are many more areas where AI is in power and could be more places. Not only that it can totally take up the places. As far now we realized the threat but now what. What is the solution to this? According to a survey of 10,000, when they are asked about self-learning and job threats due to AI 75 percent of them agreed that self-learning is something that has to be done in new skills and that is their own responsibility whereas many of them needed help from the government.  "It varies a bit by industry," Hesse says, "but over the next five years we're going to see the need for workers to change their skills at an accelerating pace." "Those workers that do tasks that can automate by RPA will need to learn and take on new skills," Hesse says. He cited an example of how to manage software. Bill gates disagreed with Elon stating that AI may take up some jobs but that can create new ones. Many years back this machine transportation could be a threat to those who used to own animals and another medium for transportation. Not only that Phones has replaced letters. Online shopping replacing physical shops. These were also a threat but what was the alternative. New jobs were created. Now the thing is that we need to re-skill ourselves if it takes up our places. Yes its true that we need time to learn things but that’s okay. There are plenty of opportunities out there that can help us to think and re-skill ourselves. Only this can be discussed up till now. Let us see what the future brings to us.

Infy Life (Infosys Mysore Campus)

Infosys Mysore is the best training center of all. Seriously, it is beautiful, well equipped and organized. It has all the facilities that one need and can probably imagine. Of course, you cannot think of a disco within a training campus. Well if you get any chance to get in don’t miss it. I am so excited to share some of the personal experiences of Infosys Mysore campus. So here we go. On the first day that is a day before joining of my internship, I was asked to report within 10 A.M to 12 P.M. I reached there around 10 A.M and I entered the gate no.2. I have to pass through security check and then asked for my candidate number that was given to me through the mail. After that my luggage was scanned and I have to stand in the queue along the luggage. My parents were only allowed till Fiesta ( one of the food court). Then we were taken to the Global Education Center for the Introduction and we were given IDs. After that, we were allotted rooms. After that, we were taken to ECC(

Morden Education System

Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its own life believing that it is stupid. - Quoted by Albert Einstein Morden Education System | We are not aware of the scientifically proven fact that no two brains are similar. They are not alike. It’s more like our fingerprints. Our brain has some kind of uniqueness as our fingerprint has. Each of our brains is very similar to one another--speaking Anatomically. The brain is consisting of water, neurons, blood vessels, synapses, and fat but when it comes to the functionality, every brain has its unique pattern of working. This research has been carried out by the scientists to see the pattern of the brain and this information can be very useful in many fields including Education. As every child’s brain is unique and it has got its own way then why to treat everyone equally. You cannot give the same treatment in medicines. If you push a fish to climb up the tree, then he will ne
